What determines the success of a healthcare provider or new treatment? Is it the services they offer or is it the speed of care, or the results of patient outcomes? It’s everything really, but caring is the first step in healing. At some basic level it needs to come from a person and be a person to person transaction. Transaction is too austere a word.
